"We are still waiting
We was left stranded at Manchester airport which we had no alternative to pay for a black cab to take us home
First of all the man said the driver could t wait as we was delayed then he said he didn’t have our flight number (if that was the case how did he know when to come in the first place) we did check the return arrangements with our outbound driver who was fabulous.
The man that I spoke to on the phone said that we would have to wait for another hr as it was our fault, I explained that we was sat on the runway for a couple of hrs trying to get out of the hurricane. which was no good to us as we has booked a executive car this was totally unacceptable
So I am expecting to be reimbursed for my return journey
I would appreciate it if you would get back to me asap "

"Driver not at airport on arrival 2130. I thought he would have kept eye on arrivals. Finally contacted me. Arranged to meet level 1. Once met driver and car was superb. Route home was a little strange but made better due to conversations in cab.
Excellent ride home.
